A dream turns into reality.

Heart + Sap was born from a hobby that stems back over 20 years to my first ever big project. After building and restoring furniture over many years I took the plunge and gave up my career of 15 years and decided to follow my heart. I built a business that makes furniture that’s designed to be unique and built to last.

Over the past few years I’ve managed to really express my creative side, and produced pieces that I’m very proud of. Please check out my portfolio for some examples.

Despite being a labour of love, traditional joinery techniques are a big focus and you’ll often see this in my furniture. This is something of a lost art and rarely seen in todays furniture.
